Upon the Rock
Luke 6:47 "As for everyone who comes to me and hears my words and puts them into practice, I will show you what they are like. 48 They are like a man building a house, who dug down deep and laid the foundation Upon the Rock. When a flood came, the torrent struck that house but could not shake it, because it was built Upon the Rock." Strengthen your Brothers
Luke 22:31 "Simon, Simon, Satan has asked to sift all of you as wheat. 32 But I have prayed for you, Simon, that your faith may not fail. And when you have turned back, strengthen your brothers.". Every believer has a time where they have missed the mark or made a choice that they regret. However the key is to learn from those actions so that you can be prepared for the next test. In doing so we cannot afford to forget about our brothers who are going down the same path. Sheep and Goats
Matthew 25:33 "He will put the sheep on his right and the goats on his left. 34 "Then the King will say to those on his right, 'Come, you who are blessed by my Father; take your inheritance, the kingdom prepared for you since The Foundation of the World. 35 For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in. Jesus blessed the Sheep and condemned the Goats because how they treated the prisoned, the sick, and the homeless. Go into all the World
Mark 16:15 He said to them, "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation. 16 Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned. 17 And these signs will accompany those who believe: In my name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new tongues; 18 they will pick up snakes with their hands; and when they drink deadly poison, it will not hurt them at all; they will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well." This is the Great Commission that our Lord gave us before he ascended to Heaven.
